Returns and Exchanges
Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them. If you are unsatisfied for any other reason, you may return you order for a full refund or exchange.

SVsports.com RETURNS POLICY:
DOMESTIC AND CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
- Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt via UPS.
- If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in salable condition, you will be issued an exchange or full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping.
- DVD's, action figures, mouth guards, license plates, posters, and other fully sealed merchandise may only be returned for refunds if UNOPENED. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement with the same item.
- Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a 15% restocking fee or forfeiture of refund.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. SVsports.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES, CHARGES AND/OR DELAYS.
RETURNING YOUR MERCHANDISE
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, and use a separate box or package to protect the manufacturers packaging (example: put shoe boxes inside another box to protect it so it can be resold). Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.
- When returning items, please fill out the return form enclosed with your packing list and enclose it with your return. If you no longer have your return form, you can download a printable one here. Returns may be sent to our Corporate Office via UPS or USPS.
- Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
Please allow 1 week for the return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2 weeks for the new package to arrive.
