Q: How do I check my Hometown Rewards points & rewards earned?
A: Go to svsports.com/svscard and click on the My Hometown Rewards/View Points & Rewards Balance tab.
Q: How do I check the balance on my SVS Card?
A: Go to svsports.com/svscard and click on the Manage My Card/Check Balance tab.
Q: How do I reload my SVS Card?
A: It's easy to reload your SVS Card, go to svsports.com/svscard and click on the Manage My Card/Reload My Card tab. Or reload your card in seconds on the mobile app, or go to any participating Schuylkill Valley Sports retail location.
Q: What if I don’t have my Rewards Card at time of purchase?
A: A Schuylkill Valley Sports employee can look up your account information by searching the name, phone number or email address that was provided at the time of signing up for the program initially.
Q: What if I have an old Hometown Rewards Card?
A: Visit any Schuylkill Valley Sports retail location to have an employee issue a new SVS card.
Q: What if I lose my SVS Card?
A: If your card is registered, your membership in the Hometown Rewards program, and any remaining card balance, will be protected as of the time you notify us of its loss. You can: 

1. Email customerservice@svsports.com or contact our customer service department at 1-877-711-8100 during our business hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm EST) 
2. Fully complete the form listed under the “Manage My Card/Report Lost or Stolen Card” tab on our site.
Q: Where can I use my SVS Card?
A: SVS cards are accepted at any Schuylkill Valley Sports retail location, online at svsports.com or through the Schuylkill Valley Sports mobile app.

Q: What items can I use promotion codes on?
A: All regular priced items on the site are eligible for promotion codes with the exception of ONLINE EXCLUSIVE items.
Q: Where is my order?
A: 
You can track your package using our tracking option found under "My Account."
Q: How do I return or exchange my order?
A: You can find our return policies under the "Help" button at the top left of the homepage.
Q: How do I cancel or change my order?
A: We may have already shipped your items, but give us a call at 1-877-711-8100 to see about making changes to the order. We are in the office from 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri.
Q: How do I place an order for a team or league?
A: You can get great pricing through our team sales website for your team or league. We are very experienced in custom apparel. teamsales.svsports.com
