RETURNING YOUR MERCHANDISE

In order to request a return, please make sure to have your Order # and Email or Phone. Start your return today!

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, and use a separate box or package to protect the manufacturers packaging (example: put shoe boxes inside another box to protect it so it can be resold). Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.

Please allow 1 week for the return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2 weeks for the new package to arrive. If you need further assistance with a return, please e-mail our Customer Service Department at customerservice@svsports.com

SVSports.com RETURNS POLICY:

Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them. If you are unsatisfied for any other reason, you may return your order for a full refund. 

NOTE: All Baseball / Softball Bat returns where the plastic wrap has been removed must be submitted to the Manufacturer not SVsports.com. Click here for bat return instructions.

Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt via UPS.

If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in sellable condition, you will be issued a refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping. 

DVD's, action figures, mouth guards, license plates, posters, and other fully sealed merchandise may only be returned for refunds if UNOPENED.

Orders that originally required additional handling time due to the number of items, weight, or package size will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

Any return that does not comply with any of the above policy will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% or *forfeiture of the entire refund.

Forfeiture of Refund: If the product is returned in a condition that does not match the condition it was sent out in and the condition it was returned in is no longer deemed as sellable, your return will be refused. For example: Shoes must be returned with the original box and show no sign of use outside of trying them on. If your return is denied, a member of our team will contact you about the next steps.
