Shipping & Return Policy


The following shipping methods will be available to choose from:
  • Economy Shipping: 6-8 Days
  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 Days
  • Express Shipping: 2 Business Days

Please Note: Shipping services are available (Economy, Standard, Express) within the contiguous 48 states only. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, a US Territory, an APO/FPO will ship via Economy and may take longer to receive.

(*NOTE* Orders placed after 8:00 AM EST will be shipped the following business day. This includes orders placed via Express 2 Day shipping. If you place an order and want to try to expedite the shipping, please contact We may be able to assist you.) 

(*NOTE* Express Shipping placed on Fridays will be shipped on Monday.)

(*NOTE* PO BOX deliveries will be shipped via Economy or Standard only.)

(*NOTE* FREE Economy Shipping will be provided for orders over $75 that fall within a qualifying weight range. Any order that falls outside of this range will not qualify for free shipping.)


Shipping is based on several scenarios, including package destination, shipping option selected and order preparation. Our orders are fulfilled from Pennsylvania. Orders on the west coast can expect delivery times to take at least 4-5 days business days after the item has been shipped.

Please allow 24 hours (1 business day) for single item order handling. This includes ANY order placed after 8 am EST. These orders will be shipped the following business day.

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has shipped, another email will be sent that includes your tracking number. RETURNS POLICY:

Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them. If you are unsatisfied for any other reason, you may return your order for a full refund. 

NOTE: All Baseball / Softball Bat returns where the plastic wrap has been removed must be submitted to the Manufacturer not Click here for bat return instructions.

Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt via UPS.

If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in sellable condition, you will be issued a full item refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping. 

DVD's, action figures, mouth guards, license plates, posters, and other fully sealed merchandise may only be returned for refunds if UNOPENED.

Any return that does not comply with any of the above policy will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% or *forfeiture of the entire refund.

Forfeiture of Refund: If the product is returned in a condition that does not match the condition it was sent out in and the condition it was returned in is no longer deemed as sellable, your return will be refused. For example: Shoes must be returned with the original box and show no sign of use outside of trying them on. If your return is denied, a member of our team will contact you about the next steps.


Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, and use a separate box or package to protect the manufacturers packaging (example: put shoe boxes inside another box to protect it so it can be resold). Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.

Please allow 1 week for the return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2 weeks for the new package to arrive. If you need further assistance with a return, please e-mail our Customer Service Department at
