SHIPPING METHODS:The following shipping methods will be available to choose from:
- Economy Shipping: 5-8 Days
- Standard Shipping: 3-4 Days
- Express Shipping: 2 Business Days
Please Note: Shipping services are available (Economy, Standard, Express) within the contiguous 48 states only. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, a US Territory, an APO/FPO will ship via Economy and may take longer to receive.
(*NOTE* Express Shipping placed on Fridays will be shipped on Monday)
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE??
Shipping is based on several scenarios, including package destination, shipping option selected and order preparation.
Please allow 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) for single item order handling.
(*NOTE* Extra handling time may be required for orders with multiple items)
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has shipped, another email will be sent that includes your tracking number.
SVsports.com RETURNS POLICY:
Because we feel that we offer the highest quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all of our orders with care, we think you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchases. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we'll gladly replace them. If you are unsatisfied for any other reason, you may return you order for a full refund or exchange.
NOTE: All Baseball / Softball Bat returns must be to the Manufacturer not SVsports.com. Click here for bat return instructions.
Any defective, incorrect or damaged item may be returned within 30 days of receipt via UPS.
If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in sellable condition, you will be issued an exchange or full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping.
DVD's, action figures, mouth guards, license plates, posters, and other fully sealed merchandise may only be returned for refunds if UNOPENED. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement with the same item.
Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a restocking fee or forfeiture of refund.
RETURNING YOUR MERCHANDISE
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, and use a separate box or package to protect the manufacturers packaging (example: put shoe boxes inside another box to protect it so it can be resold). Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.
Please allow 1 week for the return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 2 weeks for the new package to arrive.
